Dr. Don Wilcher, an Electrical Engineer, is an Associate Certified Electronics Technician (CETa), a Technical Education Researcher, Instructor, Maker, Emerging Technology Lecturer, and Book Author. He is the Director of Manufacturing and Technology at Jefferson State Community College.
